Coordinated the cleaning and television inspection of approximately 232,837 linear feet of sanitary sewer (1,688 sections) across the five Catskill/Delaware reservoir basins in the East of Hudson watershed. Analyzed the results, evaluated rehabilitation costs, and provided recommendations for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.
Design plans and calculations for three new sewer pump stations and associated force mains to divert flows from the aging Fox Hollows treatment plant to the Mount Kisco sanitary system, enabling the plant's decommissioning and improving the water quality of the Kisco River and New Croton Reservoir. HEC handled pump-station sizing, wet-well storage, pump-cycle and flow calculations, and pipe-capacity analysis.
Field reconnaissance and HydroCAD computer modeling of a 58-acre tributary watershed for flood alleviation. Prepared base watershed and stormwater mapping from county GIS data, analyzed the capacity of the existing system, and presented infrastructure improvement alternatives to reduce the incidence of flooding.
Design to redirect a portion of the Blind Brook County Sewer District toward the Mamaroneck Valley Sewer District, eliminating a failing sewer crossing under I-95. Installed approximately 867 linear feet of 8-inch cement-lined DIP main to transfer service for roughly 113 properties, including an in-depth Maintenance and Protection of Traffic plan on a busy two-lane county road.
Fast-tracked design and construction of drainage improvements on Sagamore Avenue after the existing retaining wall collapsed during a significant storm event, including coordination with a structural engineer for the replacement wall and with Con Edison. Prepared bid documents and provided construction oversight.
Field reconnaissance and HydroCAD modeling of a 204-acre tributary watershed for flooding alleviation. Prepared watershed and stormwater system mapping, analyzed system capacity, and presented alternatives for infrastructure improvements to reduce flooding.
Site layout, grading, utilities, and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for a 20-lot residential subdivision on 88 acres spanning the Village of Tarrytown and Town of Greenburgh. Designed over 7,500 linear feet of water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater mains plus 6,700 linear feet of roadway; performed sewer flow monitoring, supported the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, and secured approvals from both municipalities, NYSDEC, and NYSDOT.
Grading, site utility plans, and a full SWPPP for a 23-lot subdivision on a 45-acre property, developed as both conventional and conservation subdivision layouts. Included a 2,590-linear-foot boulevard-style roadway, 3,170 linear feet of water line, and 3,250 linear feet of sanitary sewer force main, with green stormwater practices and technical support for the Draft EIS.
Grading and site utility plans and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for a mixed retail/commercial/residential development on an 11.5-acre site within the New York City watershed on Route 6. Incorporated innovative green technology into the stormwater design.
Grading and site utility plans and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for the redevelopment of an existing automotive dealership, with two new dealership buildings and associated parking on a 5.3-acre site in the Town of Cortlandt.
Complete Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for a new pool facility and beach area. Designed site grading and prepared utility, stormwater management, and erosion and sediment control plans; attended Planning Board meetings, secured all County and State approvals, and provided construction administration and inspection services.
Grading, site, and utility plans and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for a 16-lot residential subdivision. Designed 2,600 linear feet of sanitary sewer that eliminated a 0.15 MGD pump station, coordinating Westchester County Department of Health and NYSDOT approvals.
Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for a new church building with associated parking and new soccer, softball, and baseball fields on a 58.3-acre site within the New York City watershed, immediately adjacent to the Muscoot Reservoir. Incorporated innovative green stormwater technology and received Town of Somers, NYCDEP, and NYSDEC approvals.
Water-system improvements across a campus comprising the middle school, high school, and district administrative offices: a new water distribution system with abandonment of existing piping, modification of the chlorination system with a new supply pipe to the storage tank, and maintenance and repair of the existing concrete storage tank.
Grading, utility, and stormwater design for a new meeting house and associated site improvements on a 1.81-acre site. Prepared pre- and post-developed watershed analyses and designed a comprehensive stormwater management system in accordance with Connecticut DEEP requirements, with a full stormwater management report and drainage analysis.

Design of a new 60-inch HDPE stormwater detention tank and new storm and sewer connections for a three-story charter school. The tank and piping were sized to control 10-year storm flows and convey building sewer flows per NYCDEP requirements; all plans and calculations were coordinated with NYCDEP and approved for construction.
