NYCDEP Sanitary Sewer Inspection & Mapping
Coordinated the cleaning and television inspection of approximately 232,837 linear feet of sanitary sewer (1,688 sections) across the five Catskill/Delaware reservoir basins in the East of Hudson watershed. Analyzed the results, evaluated rehabilitation costs, and provided recommendations for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.

Riverwoods/Yeshiva Sewer Improvements
Design plans and calculations for three new sewer pump stations and associated force mains to divert flows from the aging Fox Hollows treatment plant to the Mount Kisco sanitary system, enabling the plant's decommissioning and improving the water quality of the Kisco River and New Croton Reservoir. HEC handled pump-station sizing, wet-well storage, pump-cycle and flow calculations, and pipe-capacity analysis.

Law Park Basin Drainage Study
Field reconnaissance and HydroCAD computer modeling of a 58-acre tributary watershed for flood alleviation. Prepared base watershed and stormwater mapping from county GIS data, analyzed the capacity of the existing system, and presented infrastructure improvement alternatives to reduce the incidence of flooding.

Nursery Lane Sewer Mains
Design to redirect a portion of the Blind Brook County Sewer District toward the Mamaroneck Valley Sewer District, eliminating a failing sewer crossing under I-95. Installed approximately 867 linear feet of 8-inch cement-lined DIP main to transfer service for roughly 113 properties, including an in-depth Maintenance and Protection of Traffic plan on a busy two-lane county road.

Fast-tracked design and construction of drainage improvements on Sagamore Avenue after the existing retaining wall collapsed during a significant storm event, including coordination with a structural engineer for the replacement wall and with Con Edison. Site layout, grading, utilities, and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for a 20-lot residential subdivision on 88 acres spanning the Village of Tarrytown and Town of Greenburgh. Designed over 7,500 linear feet of water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater mains plus 6,700 linear feet of roadway; performed sewer flow monitoring, supported the Draft Environmental Impact Statement, and secured approvals from both municipalities, NYSDEC, and NYSDOT.
